I’m a reporter at The Sanford (N.C.) Herald, covering local school systems, politics and whatever else comes my way. I recently moved to Sanford after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s journalism program. I spent most of my four years there at the school’s newspaper, The Daily Tar Heel.
I’m the third of five children and am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, home to Skyline Chilli and bad professional football.
My interests include education, financial journalism, football, college basketball, blogging, new media and online social networking. Feel free to weigh in with your comments, as I continue to update this site.
